The EC&M segment manages the design, engineering, construction, and maintenance services for greenfield and brownfield projects across a range of sectors and all stages of the project lifecycle. The Mining handles services across all stages of the mining lifecycle including: asset management; blasting services, explosive supply; civil projects; crushing; exploration drilling; mine closure and mine site rehabilitation; mobile plant maintenance; open cut mining; training and development for ATSI employees; tyre management; and underground mining. The Spotless segment operates in Australia and New Zealand and provides outsourced facility services, catering and laundry services, technical and engineering services, maintenance and asset management services and refrigeration solutions to various industries. The company was founded in 1933 and is headquartered in North Ryde, Australia.
