The Company's efforts to identify a prospective target business will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic region, although the Company intends to initially focus on target businesses located in Israel, particularly those conducting business internationally in Asia, Europe or North America. The Company is led by Ezra Gardner, Chief Executive Officer and Director, Omri Cherni, Chief Operating Officer and Director, and Chris Coward, Chief Financial Officer.
