It operates through the following segments: Media; Hirt & Carter Group; Broadcast and Content; CSI; Robor; and Other. The Media segment is involved in the distribution of knowledge and content via print, online assets, and other platform. The Hirt & Carter Group segment refers to the retail advertising production systems and related database management and development, and retail print via H&C and Uniprint. The Broadcast and Content includes the television and radio platforms, radio assets, films which is the distributor of local and international films business, and Gallo the music business. The CSI segment comprises of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Stalcor which is a processor, distributor, and stockist of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum in the form of sheet, plate, and coil as well as structural and other long product profiles, and GRS which is a steel roofing and cladding company. The Robor segment manufactures and supplies welded steel tube and pipe and cold formed steel profiles. The Other segment consists of investments that are not deemed to be material to the group. The company was founded by Andrew David Bonamour on June 20, 1989 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom.
